Aromatic sweet basil, the standout herb of Thai cuisine
The sweet basil that grows in Thailand is completely different to the European version. Its intense aniseed fragrance and sweet taste is at the heart of Thai cooking. In this phat horapa recipe, sweet basil creates a versatile stir-fry sauce that goes with all types of meat, and especially well with seafood. Even better if you can lay your hands on a few fresh leaves
